Commercial Water Treatment

Heating and Cooling contribute up to 50% of a commercial building’s energy use according to CIBSE Guide M 2014 b. S-BMS

Filtration

The VEXO X-POT is a commercial water filtration system. Operating in side stream for easy maintenance without the need to shut down the system, it captures lifted biofilm, sludge corrosion and scale debris. Making sure the water quality in the HVAC hydronic system is as clean as possible, the X-POT decreases overhead expenditure on energy bills, reduces the risk of unexpected breakdowns and repair costs, and conserves the lifespan of your HVAC equipment.

Additives

VEXO’s commercial water treatment products and additives offer superior protection for new and aged hydronic HVAC heating, chilled and condenser systems up to 90°C. VEXO’s full suite of additives, including commercial descaler and commercial inhibitor, lift biofilm and sludge, dissolve scale and passivate corrosion, maintaining the lifespan of your equipment.

A number of X-POT units are currently in operation in sites in London. Further projects where we will be looking to specify the VEXO equipment in a 42-storey hotel and private residences development.
